Mediation without Attorneys
Mediation - Session Hourly Rate:  $50/hr 
This is $25/hr per parent; unless parents make other arrangements.

Mediation with Attorneys
Mediation - Session Hourly Rate:  $100/hr 
This is $50/hr per parent; unless parents make other arrangements.

Coordinator Session
Helping an Individual Parent - Session Hourly Rate: $35/hr
 

No retainer fees.  Payment is due at service rendered. 
You are responsible for allotted time unless cancelled 48-hours in advance.

If your case is one that needs an attorney present with you during mediation, than by all
means have your attorney present.  If one parent is going to have their attorney present it
is highly recommend that the other parent have his/her attorney present.  This will help keep
the mediation session balanced. 

Mediation can be scheduled for a 2-hour or 4-hour session.
Mediation keeps the parenting plan out come in the hands of the parents, it gives the parents
the ability to try different parenting plans between mediation sessions.

To give you an idea of what your of expenses will be:

Cost without Attorneys Present
Mediator ($50) = $50/hr
   ·   2-hour session with mediator and w/o attorneys present cost $100. 
   ·   4-hour session with mediator and w/o attorneys present cost $200.

Estimated Cost with Attorneys Present
Mediator ($100)  +  Her Attorney ($125)  + His Attorney ($125)  = $350/hr.
   ·   2-hour session with a mediator and with attorneys present cost $700.
   ·   4-hour session with a mediator and with attorneys present cost $1,400.
