Usage of Book and Software

This book/software is protected by copyright laws and other proprietary rights of Family
Mediation Center.  Family Mediation Center sells site licenses separately, should you desire
to use the book/software on multiple cases.

A single purchase of the book/software gives you right to use the book/software only for one
domestic related case. 

Licensing Agreement
While Family Mediation Center continues to own the book/software, you will have certain
rights to use the product after your purchase.  Except as may be modified by our license
addendum, your rights and obligations are as follows:

Limited Warranty/Liability.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Family
Mediation Center disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited
to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all such
warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed.  Neither Family Mediation Center nor
anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this
book/software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising
out of the use or inability to use such book/software even if Family Mediation Center has
been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.  In no event shall Family Mediation
Center's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for book/software and or license
to use the book/software, regardless of the form of quality and performance of the
book/software.  The person using the book/software bears all risk as to the quality and
performance of the book/software.  You must indemnify, hold harmless Family Mediation
Center and anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this
book/software for any indirect, consequential claims or lawsuits, including attorneys’ fees that
arise from the use or distribution of book/software.

General.  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and shall
insure to the benefit of Family Mediation Center and any successors, administrators, heirs
and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out
of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE of competent jurisdiction
located in Martin County, Indiana.  The parties hereby consent to in persona jurisdiction of
said courts.  This license agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of Indiana.

Copying the Book/Software.  You may not copy or reproduce any part of the book/software
or related materials, except as permitted by the Copyright Act of the United States, Title 17,
United States Code.  You may not copy, lend, lease, rent, or alter the book/software in any
way or remove or alter copyright notices except on copies you are submitting to court.  You
may not permit third parties to distribute copies of the book/software or related material.

Assignment.  If you eventually sell or otherwise legally transfer this book/software to another
party, that other party must agree to all of the terms of this license, and you may not retain
any copies of the book/software, manual or related printed materials.  All of your rights under
this license will then cease.

Acceptance of Agreement.  Installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using
the book/software will indicate your acknowledgement that you have read this licensing
agreement and your full acceptance of its terms.

Attorneys/Mediators
Additional License.  If you want to use the book/software for multi cases you will need
to acquire a special license directly from Family Mediation Center. Additional licensing
information can be obtained by writing us by regular mail.

Without Multi License Agreement.
At least one client in the case will be required to purchase product.
